Kerende Gold Project — Strategic Near-Mine Exploration and Development at the heart of Nyanzian greenstone
Kerende Gold Project is located in Northern Tanzania and is strategically positioned within the Nyanzian orogenic gold domain of the world-class Lake Victoria Gold Area, specifically within the Musoma–Mara Greenstone Belt.
The Project lies approximately 4 kilometres from the North Mara Mine, operated by Barrick Gold Corporation, which hosts approximately 4 million ounces of gold. Kerende is also adjacent to the historic German Colonial Mara Mine workings, where legacy tailings of approximately 170,000 tonnes are believed to contain in excess of 1,000 kilograms of recoverable gold. This strategic positioning within an established gold camp provides:
We believe that the most cost-effective "discovery" often begins in the archives. By systematically reprocessing legacy geophysical, geological, and geochemical datasets, we transform fragmented historical data into a high-resolution, predictive framework. This Archival Data Analysis (ADA) serves as the cognitive backbone of our reconnaissance, allowing us to bypass "blind" exploration and move directly toward high-probability targets within the Speke Gold Prospecting Programme
Our structured finance research underpins the advancement of mineral exploration at Kerende gold, alongside the Speke gold exploration programme by integrating capital strategy directly into geological programme design - rather than approaching exploration as a purely technical exercise, we develop a finance-ready exploration platform built upon an integrated model anchored by design to create robust risk stand alone credit profiles for mineral development
Our third research pillar integrates International Development with UK–Tanzania bilateral trade alignment, positioning mineral exploration within a broader framework of sovereign partnership, responsible resource governance, and capital market connectivity. By embedding British best practice in transparency, ESG standards, and institutional finance, while supporting local capacity building and economic value creation in Tanzania, we ensure that Kerende advances not only as a geological venture, but as a disciplined platform strengthening trade, investment flows, and long-term development cooperation between the United Kingdom and East Africa.
